This simple Clay workflow allows you to find companies who are currently the best for solutions like IT outsourcing, staff augmentation and IT consulting.
Here is how you can do this for your organisation.
Step 1: Do a job search for technical roles
You will specifically look for technical roles on a contract basis which have been posted recently.
Step 2: Enrich each company by their domain
Once you have the spreadsheet of companies you need to now enrich them to find out their industry, we want to filter our recruiters as they aren’t relevant to our list.
Step 3: Filter out recruiters
Go to Clay’s filters and filter out the industry: staffing/recruiting
Step 3: Filter by Technologies
You can use the BuiltWith integration to find all technologies at each company, once you have found these results you can add in a filter to only show programs or software languages that your organisation caters for.
Step 4: Find contacts at the company
Once you have your revised list you can use the LinkedIn URL/Domain URL to start a new search and find contacts in each company. You can search for specific job roles like CTO, IT Manager or HR-director roles.
Step 5: Push to email engagement platform
You can now download the list of prospects or automatically push them to tools like Smartlead/Lemlist or Instantly.
Step 6: Run Campaigns
Ideally, you want to use as much of the information collected to formulate your campaign. It could look like this:
Hi {firstname} I saw you are recruiting for {role}. Looks like this is a project {companyname} is running.
We just managed a {technology} job for a client in {industry}.
They were initially hiring for a contractor but decided to use us and we delivered the project a month early at half the cost of their initial hire.
